All new students to Bikram Yoga South Naperville will be required to fill out a Registration/Waiver form.
This form can be filled out at the studio or you can click here to download the registration form.
Please fill it out and bring it with you to class.
No reservations are required. Please arrive at least 15 to 20 minutes early for your first class. This gives us time for registration and orientation. New students will not be allowed into class late.
Bring a yoga mat, a large bottle of water, and a large towel. (All of these items are available for sale/rental at the studio).
We also have a great ice and
water machine for all to use!!
Wear light, fitted exercise clothing such as sport bra/tank top, shorts or swimwear. Avoid sweats, long pants, heavy t-shirts. Changing rooms and showers are available at the studio.
Come to class well hydrated. Don’t drink too much water 30 minutes before class.
Come with an empty stomach - wait at least two or three hours after a meal before taking class or come in the morning on an empty stomach.
Breathe through your nose throughout class. This is important to keep you calm and focused.
Come back! Take your second class within 24 hours. The second class is the equivalent of 2 to 3 classes, and you will bypass much of the soreness you'd experience otherwise.
